This page describes our actual practices. We handle personal data in line with the principles of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).
What do we collect, and why?
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your number, your name, the subject, the exam year and anything else you tell us. The team uses this only to reply, to arrange tuition and to assign a teacher.
You can describe your goals without sharing marks, school reports or personal circumstances.
Who sees your WhatsApp messages?
Messages are handled by the team that arranges tuition, and by the assigned teacher once you go ahead with a trial. We do not sell your details.
WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy terms. Please read them if you want to know how it treats messages.
Do the learning tools store anything?
No.
The interactive tools on this site, such as planners and checklists, run in your own browser. What you type into them is not stored on our servers. If a tool lets you keep your work, it is kept on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Do we use analytics?
We may use analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are read and which tools are used, so we can improve the content. This shows patterns across many visitors, not a profile of you personally. Your browser settings can limit cookies and similar technologies.
What are your rights?
Under PDPA 2010 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Message us on WhatsApp with your request. We keep your details only as long as needed to arrange and support tuition.
How do we keep data safe?
We limit access to the people who need it to run the service. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive files in an enquiry. If you are under 18, we suggest a parent or guardian joins the conversation about tuition.
Changes to this page
We update this page when our practices change, and the date is shown on it. For the terms of the tuition offer, see lesson terms and service boundaries.
