We teach Cambridge IGCSE online, one-to-one, to students in every district of Kelantan. A teacher assigned to your child meets them on screen, looks at their written working and adjusts the lesson to where they are stuck.
The process is straightforward. Send a WhatsApp enquiry, we assign an experienced teacher, and you book a paid one-hour trial at that teacher’s confirmed rate, starting from RM80.
Fees and schedules after the trial are agreed directly between student and teacher. 9,000+ students helped through our service across Malaysia.
Which parts of Kelantan do you serve?
We serve students online in these districts: Bachok, Kota Bharu, Machang, Pasir Mas, Pasir Puteh, Tanah Merah, Tumpat, Gua Musang, Kuala Krai, Jeli and Kecil Lojing.
Students write from towns such as Kota Bharu, Pasir Mas, Tumpat, Bachok, Pasir Puteh, Tanah Merah, Kuala Krai, Machang, Gua Musang and Jeli. These are areas we serve online. All lessons are online.
How should I plan around a Friday-Saturday weekend?
Kelantan schools run Sunday to Thursday, so your rest days are Friday and Saturday. Online lessons work well on those days, because you are not tired from a full school day. A Saturday morning lesson, for example, leaves the rest of the weekend for practice questions.
Friday has its own rhythm, including the midday prayer, so ask the teacher for an afternoon slot if that suits your family.
On school days, evenings after your activities may suit you. Give the teacher your real week when you enquire. Check your school’s own calendar for term dates and holidays.
What if I live far from town or the connection is unreliable?
Kelantan has a mix of dense towns and quieter inland districts. The teaching is the same, but the setup needs more thought in the interior, such as around Gua Musang, Kuala Krai, Jeli and Kecil Lojing.
Try these steps before the trial:
- Run a video call with someone at the hour you plan to study, and watch whether picture and sound hold.
- Keep a mobile hotspot ready as a backup.
- Charge your device and keep a charger at your desk.
- Keep a notebook beside you, so a dropped call does not lose your working.
The year-end monsoon weather can affect travel and connections in some areas. Plan a backup time for lessons in those months, and tell the teacher in advance if a reschedule may be needed.
How do I handle exam centre distance?
This is where local planning matters most. Cambridge exams are sat at an approved exam centre, often a school or private candidate centre. If the nearest one is far from your town, ask the centre early.
Questions to put to your own centre:
- What are the entry deadlines and fees for the next series?
- Where exactly will papers be sat, and how early should I arrive?
- Are practical or speaking components arranged separately?
- How do I apply for access arrangements, and by when?
Registration, results and venue decisions rest with them and Cambridge. Confirm the details with your centre, then plan travel and accommodation if needed. The realistic revision planner can help you build study weeks backwards from your exam date.
Are there subjects that suit online study especially well?
Online one-to-one lessons suit subjects where seeing working matters: Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. They also suit writing-heavy subjects where a teacher can mark and discuss your answers live.
Other subjects to enquire about: English First Language, English Second Language, Malay, Chinese, French, History, Geography, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting, Global Perspectives, Computer Science, ICT, Combined Science and Co-ordinated Sciences.
